Natalia is responsible for the programs and projects in the field of education, primarily the Vladimir Potanin Fellowship Program.
Since 2001 Natalia has been involved in program and project management, working for such organisations as the British Council and the Golden Mask Theatre Festival and Award, as well as higher education institutions such as the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences (in partnership with the University of Manchester, UK) and the British Higher School of Art and Design (in partnership with the University of Hertfordshire, UK). She is one of the authors of a series of English language textbooks and a textbook on critical thinking and has worked as a teacher trainer, trainer, independent education consultant and translator.
