Julia joined the Foundation's team in November 2014. She is responsible for external communications and promotion of the Foundation, provides marketing support for programs.
Julia has been involved in cultural, PR and marketing management since 2004. Prior to joining the Foundation Julia worked as a projects director for the British Council Russia where she was an active member of Equal Opportunities and Diversity Group and a chair of local staff committee. From 2008 to 2013 she held a position of MarComms director of a Moscow downtown Praktika theatre and was engaged in a number of nationwide and international festivals of contemporary art and culture.
Julia has got a post-graduate degree in Cultural Management of the University of Manchester and Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences (the Academy of National Economy and Public Administration). In 2017 she completed an executive course in Social Finance at Said Business School, the University of Oxford.
